Global IPv6 Summit is the most influential IPv6 summit in China and worldwide. This year it will be held at the Presidential Plaza Hotel Beijing on April 12-13, 2007. By now, CNGI (China Next Generation Internet) project has already finished its core networks construction and carried out R&D, application experiments and interoperability tests. With the deployment of CNGI, China has formed the IPv6 industrial chain. The ecosystem of IPv6 is becoming mature. At the same time, as IPv6 will be adopted in 2008 Olympic Games, large scale IPv6 commercial use will be implemented by China's four major carriers.
