IETF NEMO Basic Support: draft-ietf-nemo-basic-support

• Initialisation

  • MNP (Mobile Network Prefix) identifes all nodes in the mobile network
  • All MNNs have an address with this prefix

• Registration

  • MR gets 1 CoA (or more) bound to prefix (MNP)
  • Registration with HA: home prefix->CoA instead of HoA->CoA
  • HA records a network-specific route instead of host-specific
  • Bidirectional tunnel between MR and HA
